Good to know

Working with us, answered

Which areas do you serve?
We design and build across Hampton Roads: Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the surrounding cities. If you are nearby but unsure, ask; the honest answer is a short conversation away.
Do you come to my home for the first consultation?
Yes. Remodeling begins with the house itself, so we start where the work will live: walking the rooms, understanding the structure, and listening to how you use the space.
Does the same team handle design and construction?
Yes. That is the point of design-build: no handoffs between a designer and a separate contractor, and no gap where details get lost. One team owns the result.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. We manage permitting as part of the project, so what is approved matches what was designed and priced.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A bath, a kitchen, and a whole home are different undertakings. What stays constant is a schedule set early and communicated plainly.
