Sunspace Sunrooms

A Sunspace sunroom, installed sooner.

Sunspace sunroom systems for Chesapeake and Hampton Roads. From screen rooms to fully insulated year-round rooms, designed into your home and installed by one accountable team.

How we approach it

Engineered, so it arrives sooner

The components are manufactured to tolerance rather than cut on site. That is where the speed comes from, and where the limits come from too.

01

Start with what you already have

An engineered room needs a sound deck or slab underneath it. We check what is there, its condition and its footings, because that is what decides whether this route is open to you at all.

02

Engineered, not improvised

Thermal breaks, factory tolerances, and a finish that arrives already applied. The precision is the point: these systems are made in a plant rather than cut on site, which is where their speed comes from.

Assembled in days

Posts set plumb, panels stacked and locked. Because the components are manufactured rather than built in place, the disruptive part of the job is measured in days rather than weeks.

A finished room, sooner

Glass to the floor, tile underfoot, the yard bright on three sides. Less freedom over shape than a site-built room, which we say plainly, and considerably faster to sit in.

The line

Four ways into the light

Sunspace builds a graduated line of engineered rooms. The right one depends on how many months you want to live in it, and we will match it honestly to your home and budget.

Model 100

Screen Rooms

Sturdy aluminum framing and durable screens: the breeze, the evening, the yard, without the insects. The lightest way to claim a porch or patio.

Model 200

WeatherMaster Rooms

The signature vertical four-track vinyl windows open to roughly seventy-five percent ventilation, bridging screen room and enclosed porch. Open when you want air, closed when the weather turns.

Model 300

Three-Season Rooms

Extruded-aluminum construction with single-glazed glass in a range of roof styles. A bright, sheltered room for spring through fall.

Model 400

Insulated Sunrooms

Foam-insulated walls, thermal breaks, and high-efficiency glass make this the year-round Sunspace room. Engineered comfort in every month.

Want it fully custom instead?

A traditional site-built sunroom offers total design freedom and the deepest integration with your home's architecture. We build both paths. The first consultation sorts out which one is yours.

Good to know

Sunspace rooms, answered

What is a Sunspace sunroom?
Sunspace is a manufacturer of engineered sunroom systems: screen rooms, WeatherMaster three-season rooms, and fully insulated year-round rooms. We design the right model into your home and handle the complete installation.
Which Sunspace model is right for me?
It depends on how many months you want to use the room. Screen rooms keep the breeze and lose the insects; WeatherMaster rooms add vertical four-track windows you can open to about seventy-five percent ventilation; insulated rooms are built for all four seasons. We will match the model to your climate goals and budget.
How fast does a Sunspace room install?
Considerably faster than site-built construction. The components arrive engineered and ready to assemble. Exact timelines depend on scope and site work; we set an honest schedule before work begins.
Can a Sunspace room convert an existing porch?
Often, yes. Existing covered porches and patios are natural candidates for enclosure. We assess the structure first and tell you plainly what it can carry.
