Four phases. One team.
Design-build means what is drawn is what is priced, and what is priced is what is built. Here is how that actually runs.
Conversation
Every project begins in your home, not in an office.
We walk the rooms together, listen to how you live in them, and understand what the house wants to become. You will hear honest first impressions. Sometimes that includes hearing that a smaller project would serve you better. Before anything is drawn, we agree on scope, priorities, and a realistic range.
Design
Layout, materials, and light, drawn as one composition.
Design and budget move together: we price as we draw, so every decision is an informed one and the number you approve is the number we build to. Plans, elevations, and material direction take shape in conversation with you. Calmly, at the pace good decisions need.
Selections
Every surface confirmed before construction begins.
Stone, wood, tile, fixtures, and hardware are selected deliberately and recorded precisely. Nothing is left to be chosen under time pressure mid-build, which is where most remodels lose their way. When construction starts, the design is truly finished.
Build
The team that drew it, builds it.
One schedule, communicated plainly and kept. A clean, respectful site: remodeling is a guest in your home and behaves like one. And craftsmanship measured the only way that matters: how the work holds up to daily life, year after year.
We stay reachable.
A remodel is finished when it has survived a season of real life, not when the last truck leaves. If something needs attention, you call the same people who built it.
Tell us about your project.
Share the space, what you have in mind, and any plans or photos you’ve gathered. A designer replies within one business day with clear next steps.
