Kitchens Inspiration

Two-tone kitchen cabinets, in balance.

A different finish on the island, the lowers, or the hutch, when the split has a reason behind it.

Two-tone is a structural idea before it is a colour one. The split should follow how the room is used: a working perimeter and a gathering island, or grounded lowers under lighter uppers. Done well it makes a large kitchen legible. Done arbitrarily it just looks like two kitchens that met in the middle.

These are design references, not our completed projects. For the work itself, see Kitchen Remodeling.
